BROCCOLI SALAD:

2 bunches of broccoli cut small
1 medium purple onion
6 strips of bacon cooked crisped and chopped
1/2 cup of raisins (optional)
1/4 cup sunflower seeds (optional)

Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
